Above is a general view of the building. We advise when using Sat Navs to enter Layland Walk as your arrival destination and not Pollard Court, simply because you may become a little confused as the first sign you see for Pollard Court is for houses and private parking. The entrance door can be found between the two buildings. You will also find Pf2 gym on the ground floor of the block which can be used as guide. A member of the JDR Leisure team will meet and greet you by the gym.

The Moorings, as with all of JDR Leisure properties is non smoking - this includes standing on the balcony to smoke. Doing so will break the booking terms and conditions and your security deposit will not be refunded.
