Booking instructions
Firstly, check out the availability page on this site to see if the dates you require are available. We always update the website within 24 hours of receiving a booking to ensure the data is current.
Next, take a moment to read the 'Terms and Conditions' ; you will need to agree to these when booking.
Once you have checked availability, checked the prices and read the 'Terms and Conditions', you are ready to book!

Upon receipt of your booking, we will contact you to confirm the booking and send you an invoice. If the booking starts within 8 weeks, full payment is due immediately. If the booking is more than 8 weeks away, we require a 20% (one fifth) deposit. Until your payment has cleared, the booking is not confirmed and the apartment may be booked by others; please remember that cheques can take 4-5 days to clear.
The final balance will be required in full 8 weeks before your arrival together with a Security Deposit of £100. This will be returned to you after departure unless there are damages or extra cleaning to be paid for. Bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival will incur a penalty amounting to 90% of the tariff unless the accommodation can be re-let. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
How to make payments:
Our preferred method of payment is by direct electronic payment e.g. using online banking or BACS, as this is the cheapest and fastest method of payment. When we confirm your booking we will provide our bank details if you wish to pay by this method. You may also pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank account but you will need to leave additional time for your monies to clear.
We do advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation. Please read our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations.
