Prices include bed-linen, towels, heating, hot water, Welcome pack and internet. The internet is provided on a fair usage system. A charge will be made should excess usage occurr.
Unless otherwise agreed with owner, rental commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Please note: If the apartment is not vacated by 10am (unless by prior arrangement), theSecurity Deposit will be witheld.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 is required at time of booking. The deposit is held against any charges incurred as a result of any breach by the guest such as breakages, damages, additional cleaning etc. Where no liability for charges is incurred, the security deposit will be returned within 14 working days (USUALLY MUCH SOONER). You will be responsible for any damage done to the property or its contents by yourselves or your guests.
